The city hopes to obtain feedback from those with accessibility knowledge to build an ADA Transition Plan that improves access.

The plan’s aim would be to identify and address barriers in public spaces such as sidewalks, parks, and buildings as well as city programs, services, and websites that might be hard to access.

By outlining actions to remove these barriers, the plan ensures compliance with the ADA and will improve accessibility in city infrastructure, programming, services, and more. It also sets priorities, timelines, and budgets to make improvements.

The survey asks about accessibility to permits, fees, programs, and public meetings.

The survey is available online.
