Professional Growth Opportunities
Early care and education professionals provide critical support for working families and their young children. Through positive interactions, age-appropriate tools, techniques, and safe environments, high-quality child care programs provide infants, toddlers and young children the opportunity to develop in healthy ways. To support these caregivers in this important work, it is important for them to receive continuous professional growth opportunities such as coaching and peer support as well as professional development.
ELRC Region 5 wants to support all early childhood professionals who seek to improve the quality of their work and their programs. To assist with this, ELRC Region 5 has curated quality resources and opportunities from its partners. Please check back as this information will be updated regularly.
