Opportunity: 2021 PHSA Wage Survey

The Pennsylvania Head Start Association (PHSA) is inviting child care providers to complete the 2021 Wages and Fringe Benefits Comparability Survey.

The survey will help determine the comparability of wages for positions in Head Start and other programs that serve families.

The data collected can help centers determine if they are paying their staff on par with similar organizations, reduce the chances of losing employees to other organizations due to compensation, and make decisions in creating a compensation strategy. Providers who participate will receive a $25 gift card.

PHMC will be disseminating the final report in late June 2021. A webinar will be offered at that time, and PHMC will present findings and be available for questions.
