With support from the Staunton Farm Foundation, the Pittsburgh-based childhood group called Kidsburgh aims to raise awareness about the important issue of early mental health. To do so, Kidsburgh has created two surveys aimed at parents/caregivers and educators/school administrators. Information collected via the surveys will be used to develop a new series.

Parents, caregivers, educators, and school administrators can take the 10-minute survey(s) by clicking on the appropriate link below. If desired, those who submit can be entered to win one of five $100 gift cards to Target (applies only to parent and caregivers survey and must respond by Friday, December 20).
*If individuals are both a parent/caregiver and educator/school administrator, they are welcome to complete both surveys.
