The main office of ELRC Region 5 is located in Downtown Pittsburgh at 304 Wood Street in the Wood Street Commons Building. On Friday, April 10, 2020, the Wood Street Commons facility will be closed in observance of Good Friday. Therefore, no clients will be able to get into the building to drop anyting off in the drop box.

In light of Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary Rachel Levine’s ‘stay at home’ order for all Pennsylvanians, the ELRC Region 5 main office at 304 Wood Street in Downtown Pittsburgh is currently closed to the public through April 30, 2020.
ELRC Region 5 continues to operate on a remote (work-from-home) basis from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. There will not be extended hours on Tuesdays or in-person hours available during this period. You will still have access to staff who have been assigned to your case or program, and can: call their phone number; email them; or send a fax throughout our adjusted operations.
