A workshop will be hosted by the Allegheny Intermediate Unit with Patrick W. Quinn, Esquire - Administrator, Family Division to discuss all aspects of the Child Support Law and procedure as implemented in Allegheny County.

During the workshop, participants will discuss:
the importance of communication with the Court, appearing in Court, and how to litigate his or her case;
how child support orders are determined, and how they are enforced;
the importance and procedure for modifying a child support order when circumstances change; and
services available to non-custodial parents including work search and training assistance and Social Security Disability Monitoring Program.
