The ELRC Region 5 will be hosting virtual Healthy Minds Communities of Practice sessions at a new time through November 2022. Child care providers can join every Monday at 10 a.m. These are short sessions (15-minutes) where you can engage in a mindful practice together and talk about successes and challenges in practicing.
